Less Than is a zero waste + refill shop with locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina. We focus on sustainability through eco-friendly packaging, clean ingredients, and sustainable business practices. Our refill stations allow guests to refill on most common household goods using their own containers or ours. We work with local makers when possible to promote the local economy where our shops resides. We shop plastic-free throughout the US.

We offer the option to shop our refill station online for local residents and businesses. Utilizing our Prefill link, guests can pre-fill containers with product they need to be delivered or picked up from one of our refill station locations.
We operate on a closed-loop system to minimize our dependency on landfills or recycling center.
